Is ShotForge free?

Yes. ShotForge is currently free to use and does not add a watermark to exported screenshots.

Are my images stored?

Uploaded images and settings are processed locally in your browser. ShotForge does not upload your screenshots to a server operated by ShotForge.

Can I use screenshots for the App Store and Google Play?

Yes. ShotForge includes formats for Apple App Store and Google Play screenshots, including Google feature graphics.

Does ShotForge upload screenshots to the App Store for me?

Not from the browser. ShotForge can build an upload package containing your screenshots, a Fastfile and a README. You run Fastlane yourself on your Mac with your own App Store Connect API key, and the images are appended to a version of your app that already exists.

ShotForge receives neither your images nor your Apple credentials and never contacts Apple.

Do I need to register?

No. ShotForge does not require a user account or login.

Are there watermarks?

No. Exported screenshots do not include a ShotForge watermark.

Is ShotForge official from Apple or Google?

No. ShotForge is not affiliated with, endorsed by or officially connected to Apple or Google.
